Mobile Licensed Esthetician Specializing in Lash Extensions, Korean Lash Lift & Tint, and Brow Laminations. ⚲ Inverness, FL Policies: • I accept card, cash, venmo, cashapp, apple pay, and zelle. • Running past 10 minutes behind with no communication will result in a cancelled appointment. • I do not charge a late fee however the appointment will be finished within the time slot that it was booked in for lash extensions appointments. For all other appointments, anything past 15 minutes can not be accommodated. • If you are feeling unwell, please inform me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. • Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes. While a lash shampoo is included with each service, additional time spent removing mascara may reduce the duration of your appointment. • Deposits are non refundable, however they can be applied towards future appointments if the cancellation was made atleast 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. • Canceling an appointment within a 24-hour period 3 times will result in a suspension from future bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to future services. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited. No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment upfront to rebook future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
